Privacy Policy

Phoenix Macro uses your data only to operate the service. We do not sell it, share it with third parties for marketing, or use it to train advertising systems. Tracking is limited to what is required for authentication, billing, and core product functionality.

What we collect
When you create an account and use Phoenix Macro, we collect:
- Email address and name (from sign-up or OAuth provider)
- Accumulation settings you enter (budget, DCA amounts, reserve levels)
- Weekly execution records (amounts invested, BTC received, price paid)
- Session data required to keep you logged in
APPLE SIGN INIf you sign in with Apple and choose "Hide My Email", Apple generates a private relay address that forwards to your real email. We only ever see the relay address - your real email remains private and is never shared with us.
SELF-REPORTED, NEVER CONNECTEDPhoenix Macro does not connect to your wallet, exchange, or any blockchain. Bitcoin holdings and portfolio amounts are numbers you type in manually - we never see, verify, or access the actual coins. All such fields are optional; leaving them at 0 does not limit allocator or signal functionality. There is no technical link between your account and any on-chain address.
We do not collect payment card details - these are handled entirely by Stripe and never touch our servers.

How we use your data
Your data is used exclusively to operate the service:
- Calculating your weekly allocation recommendations
- Displaying your portfolio progress and historical buys
- Sending transactional emails (receipts, alerts you opt into)
- Managing your subscription status
We do not use your data for marketing profiling, advertising, or any purpose beyond running Phoenix Macro.

Third-party services
Phoenix Macro uses a small set of trusted services to operate:
Supabase
Database and authentication. Your account and settings are stored here. EU infrastructure.
Stripe
Payment processing. We never see your card details. Stripe handles all billing data.
Vercel
Frontend hosting. Serves the dashboard and landing page.
Railway
Backend infrastructure. Runs the signal engine and allocation calculations.
No advertising networks, analytics platforms, or data brokers are used.

Data retention
Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. You can delete your account at any time from Settings › Privacy & Data › Delete my Account, or by contacting us at alerts@phoenixmacro.com. Upon deletion, your personal data and execution history are immediately and permanently removed from our live systems. Encrypted database backups may retain deleted data for up to 7 days before automatic rotation.
Stripe may retain billing records as required by financial regulations.

Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. Account deletion is available directly in the platform under Settings › Privacy & Data › Delete my Account. For access or correction requests, contact us at alerts@phoenixmacro.com. We will respond within 30 days.
If you are in the EU or EEA, you have additional rights under GDPR including data portability and the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

We use only essential cookies required for authentication and session management. No tracking or advertising cookies are used.
